Milton Microgreens is a one-grower rack in Milton growing organic microgreens the slow way — hand-seeded, hand-watered, and hand-trimmed a tray at a time, sold before they ever see a cooler.
On the rack this season
A rotating lineup of trays, seeded in small batches so nothing sits around waiting to be sold. Ask what's freshest — it changes week to week.
Tray photos below are AI-generated previews for now — real harvest photos are coming soon.

The method
A handful of racks, organic medium, and a harvest window measured in hours — not the produce-aisle calendar.
Each tray is seeded by hand in Pro-Mix organic growing medium. No automated lines, no mystery mix.
Gaia Green organic fertilizer is mixed into the growing medium before seeding — nothing sprayed that you'd hesitate to eat off the stem.
Harvest happens the morning a tray leaves. If it doesn't meet standard, it doesn't leave the rack.
Rotation is sized so every cut goes to a kitchen, a box, or a market table within a day or two.

“Organic, hand-grown, hand-trimmed, beautiful — that's the whole standard. If a tray doesn't meet it, it doesn't leave the rack.”
— Milton Microgreens
Every tray starts in Pro-Mix organic growing medium with Gaia Green organic fertilizer mixed in before seeding, and is never sprayed with anything you'd hesitate to eat straight off the stem.
It's a small, home-based operation by design — one grower, a handful of racks, and a rotation sized so every harvest goes out within a day or two of being cut. We're opening January 1, 2027; until then the racks are coming online and the list below is how trays get spoken for.
First-harvest list
Before you ask
We grow in Pro-Mix organic medium with Gaia Green organic fertilizer mixed in at planting, and never spray. Formal certification is a paperwork path we'll take once the operation is big enough to justify it — until then, organic in practice, and you're welcome to ask about any input we use.
Cut the morning they ship or get picked up, then keep the clamshell cold and dry. Most trays eat best within 4–6 days — that's the point of not growing extra to warehouse.
Milton pickup is the default. Free delivery is available within a 5-mile radius of Milton on orders of $25 or more. Delivery further out is prioritized for standing chef orders and nearby drops once a route makes sense. If you're further out, the market table or a subscription pickup is the cleaner option for now.
